Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

• Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST ship the same business day.
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
• Tracking information is sent via email once shipped.

3. Shipping Options

Rates are calculated at checkout based on location & package weight.

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (extra cost).
• Next-Day Shipping: Arrives next business day (extra cost).

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the USA.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking details are emailed. Please allow 24 hours for updates.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

• Check tracking info for delays.
• We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages after delivery.
